Access and inclusion
A Quiet Space will be available on Saturday and Sunday during the festival for those who need to make use of it. A quiet room will be available from 12pm until 8pm in the Whitaker Suite in the Guildhall.
Toilet Provision
Toilets will be available in the Guildhall throughout the festival, including Accessible Toilet Provision and Baby Changing facilities.

Key available at security hut in Ebrington Square – 24 hours / 7 days a week.
Millennium Forum
09:30am – 5pm – 7 days a week. Also opened in evening when panto or other performances are taking place.
Foyle Arena Sports Complex
Monday – Friday: 6:30am-10:00pm
Saturday –Sunday: 9:00am-6:00pm
Foyleside Shopping Centre
Monday – Tuesday: 9am-6pm
Wednesday – Friday: 9am-9pm
Saturday : 9am-7pm
Sunday: 1pm-6pm
Destined – Foyle Valley Railway Museum
Monday – Thursday: 10:00am – 9:00pm
Friday – 10:00am – 4:00pm
